Contract Claims –  Lessons Learned

Marine
CEUs:

Date:
Sep 18th
Time:
1:00pm - 2:30pm

If you have never experienced the feeling of “being served”, it is not pleasant. In fact, no matter how innocent you are in the matter, the mere fact of your name showing up as a Defendant can, and most probably, consume your life until it is over. From that point on, you will start losing time and most likely money. Even if you win, rarely do you recoup the full amount of money you will lose over the course of time it takes for it to end. This informational seminar has been created to give attendees a chance to hear from some industry Expert Witness’s about what type of claims are most common and more importantly, what they can do to protect themselves from ever hearing those fateful words.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify parts of a contract that can make you most vulnerable.
  • Learn how record keeping and documentation protocols can make all the difference between winning and losing.
